How kawaii can your commute get? Nissan just may have the answer with the Pino, an uber-cute girl-themed sports car that debuted in Japan in January. Critics were skeptical at first…they thought that by going so cute and so small, executives were too obviously pushing for a female audience and that it would all would backfire. But it looks like the opposite is true. At about $8,600 each, the Pino took in double the amount of expected orders in its first month, and according to Nissan, is still going strong.
